We did a lot of research. Loved that a new facility was located so close to us...it is very clean and the prices are very reasonable, especially with the first month free. Jennifer was our customer service person at the facility and she was fantastic. Highly recommended.

They false advertise about first month being free. They will prorate the day left in a month instead of giving you a complete 30 days. Also have alot of hidden fees like a mandatory renters insurance from $9-11. Even if you already have another renter insurance policy they still will charge you $6. And they they have a $15 administrative fee. Also your storage unit on the third floor has a huge open space at the top with only a few pieces of metal that has been screwed on and looks like it has been previously and easily moved.

The facility ks cert clean. My issue is with the processing of payments. If you don’t pay through their online portal, or physically drop a check off it takes 10-15 days to process. This is the only company that takes an additional 2-4 days past the day the money is withdrawn to process online bill payments. For payments due on the 1st, you have to pay by the 15th of the previous month or access is cut off. If you pay ahead they “can’t” send you bill. I have tried to pay a month ahead and then they stop sending statements. Their system for process payments is archaic.

Quick and easy check-in, only complaint is they need more carts for moving in. Some people were moving in using moving truck company and they hogged all the carts. You would think a moving company would have their own equipment.

I moved my items into storage today but could not get the unit to lock; the mechanics of it is messed up. I called the two numbers on the card and was unable to get to anyone so that left some concern. I did just reach out to the number listed on the survey and was able to leave a message so hopefully theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be able to fix it and call me back in the morning thanks
